Making your own items that you would usually buy pre-packaged is a HUGE budget-saver. This Pumpkin Spice Granola is super easy to make and brings all the fall flavors! 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 3 c raw oats
  • 1/2 c pumpkin seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 c cranberries (optional)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 c melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 c maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla and set aside.
  2. Mix raw oats, pumpkin seeds, cranberries and pumpkin spice.
  3. Pour liquid over and thoroughly mix
    Bake at 350F for *about* 45 minutes mixing and turning every 15 minutes. This will vary per oven, you’ll know it’s done when lightly browned.
  4. Allow to cool completely beige storing in an airtight container.
