Coconut lovers, these are for you. I make these every year and always get multiple compliments on how amazing they are, and it’s criminal with how easy they are. I’m all for a recipe that has little effort that tastes like it did!

INGREDIENTS 

  • Can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 5 oz bag of sliced almonds
  • 2 c chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, add a can of sweetened condensed milk, a 5oz bag of sliced almonds, and a couple cups of chocolate chips.
  2. Combine VERY well with your hands.
  3. Form into about 2TBS tight balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 315F for 20-22 minutes or until edges browned.
  5. Allow to cool all the way (so the caramelization hardens)
  6. Enjoy a cookie that tastes like an almond joy!
