One of my biggest tricks to adding flavor to simple dishes is making my own compound butter.
INSTRUCTIONS
I had some leftover rosemary and thyme from Thanksgiving, so that’s what I used!
I pulsed my fresh herbs with some salt, pepper and garlic in my single-serve blender until very fine, then added some REALLY soft room-temperature butter.
Just form into a log and pop it in the fridge to use anytime!
